  • Beyond reporting *potentially* illegal acts (which is a pretty broad brush), I don't see any "detailed instructions" -- the document is basically a Protesting 101 overview. But, the FBI is linking civil protest and terrorism: activist = terrorist.

  • I always thought that when asked a question, her answer would have a lot of "um" words. I don't know how telling that is. But if she can't recite administration rhetoric in real-time, she must not be very impressive as an emissary of U.S. foreign policy – whether it’s good or bad.
